3 New Features

  • New Response Alert

    • We are happy to let you know that a few selected customers can configure and manage your New Response Alerts from inside your CustomerGauge Platform! This will soon be released for all customers!

    • This is the alert that is automatically sent to users when a new survey response comes in. These alerts are rule based and were previously set up and managed by your CSM.

    • Going forward, Admins can manage both your current alerts and add new alerts from inside your CustomerGauge platform.

    • To set up alerts, go to Settings → Workflow Rules → New Response

  • Additional Score - Score

  • Additional Score Frequency

  • Additional Score Trend

  • Additional Score Table

    • A bundle of new Additional Score (CES, CSAT and Rating) widgets with great improvements:

      • Group by - on the Table widget you can group by Date or Segment

      • These widgets support “is not” filtering, allowing you to exclude certain filter values.

      • You now have the # of Responses which also allows you to drill down on those responses.

      • You can now export all pages after drilling down on any of these new widgets.

      • You can now compare to the previous year! Add the widgets to your reports and let us know what you think.

      • You now also have the option to use the standard CES and CSAT calculation instead of just the average.


  • Account Search

    • We’re really excited to tell you you can now search again your accounts, from the same search you’re used to!!

  • Assigned Case Email Template

    • We have upgraded the template for new assigned case email alert


  • Outgoing Webhooks

    • Added support Merge Tags for First Name, Last Name, Comment, Follow-up Required, and Follow-up Details

    • Webhooks are now ordered by Last Modified Date


  • Imports

    • Made several improvements to make it easier to navigate to the upload option you’re looking for.


  • Integrations

    • Made several UI/UX Improvements for Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM Integrations


  • Surveys

    • The "Survey has already been completed" message now comes as standard and can not be changed anymore.


6 Feature Fixes

  • Favorite Reports

    • Fixed an issue where when a favourite report is deleted, it could not be removed from favourites

  • Login

    • Fixed an issue where icons were not showing on the Login and Reset Password page

  • Surveys

    • Fixed an issue where Language on post url anonymous survey saved as number (id), not language code (value)

  • Reporting

    • Fixed an issue where Responses combo chart was not saving properly without a ‘line’ metric

    • Fixed a caching issue where the Customer Page was not showing data for completed surveys if the page had been open before
