Widgets
NPS Stacked Column: Easily visualize stacked metrics distributed across dates or segments with absolute numbers or percentages. The widget comes with IS and IS NOT filter operators, group by date, group by segment, drivers filter and the ability to drill down and export all of the data with up to 5 favorite segments. Workflow
New Response - Email Action Type: Choose between receiving an alert that redirects to the system’s Response Page or a Close the Loop page to quickly update the case’s status. For more information on setting up a New Response rule with this setting, visit the support article.
APIs
GET Responses API: You are able to request responses from your CustomerGauge system with this new API, check out the details here.

Widgets
NPS Gauge widget is now able to be filtered by drivers.
NPS Target widget is now able to be filtered by drivers.
NPs Frequency widget is now able to be filtered by drivers.
Additional Score widget is now able to be filtered by drivers.
Add. Scores Frequency widget Frequency is now able to be filtered by drivers.
Add. Scores Trend widget Trend is now able to be filtered by drivers.
Add. Scores Table widget is now able to be filtered by drivers.
Workflow
Newly created rules now have the current year automatically updated.

Solved an issue where the password creation interface was displaying a purple element.

Solved an issue where the Integration Usage widget was not displaying the correct amount of webhooks.
