3 New Features

  • New Personal Links Campaign

    • Allows customers to use unique CustomerGauge Survey Links in customer’s own external vectors.

    • This campaign type can be used to create and manage the rules for the creation of survey links without sending survey invitations to contacts.

  • New Report Ownership

    • This new feature allows admins to change the owner of reports in bulk or individual reports by narrowing the search.

  • New Tags Scatter

    • This new widget shows Tags and Topics distributed over Responses and NPS. Easily distinguish Tags from Topics by the dots colors.

    • This widget comes with the standard date and survey filters, with IS and IS NOT filter operators and it also has the global data access restriction setting.

18 Feature Improvements

  • UX/UI

    • ‘Sending’ label in Data Transport has been updated to ‘Sent’ to reflect the actual status.

    • Success message has been added when a query is evaluated successfully in Microsoft Dynamics integration.

    • Non-Responses widget default sorting is now CGID Desc (highest to low). This will allow the widget to show the most recent records on the top of the list.

    • WhatsApp Campaign type search field is now consistent with the other campaign type.

    • Remove the Close button in the Approval step of a WhatsApp campaign.


  • Imports

    • External Responses: Sent Date and Survey Response Date now accepts both date formats: YYYY-mm-dd H:i:s and YYYY-mm-dd.


  • Campaigns

    • WhatsApp Campaigns

      • Portuguese languages are now supported.

      • Errors are more informative of what went wrong.


  • Widgets

    • Sentiment is now shown along with Topics when it is present in drill downs and exported files for the following widgets:

      • Tags Summary;

      • Topics by Sentiment;

      • Tags Scatter;

      • Tags Table.

    • Delivery Vector has been added to the list of Survey Filters and can be used on widgets. Check it out by enabling it in Filter Settings.

    • Delivery Score: This widget now has a description and an information icon that redirects to its support page.

    • Coverage: This widget now shows the system currency symbol.

    • Account Survey Stats: This widget is now able to load data faster.


  • Reporting

    • Data Transport Report

      • The Non-Responses widget has been added to this report.

      • This report now supports the Personal Link delivery method filter.



4 Feature Fixes

  • System Admin

    • Survey Questions: Solved an issue where Additional Comment data was not being loaded.


  • Workflow Rules

    • Solved an issue where adding a Merge Tag before selecting a place in the template would cause the Merge Tag to be added outside of the body of the template breaking it and showing HTML and CSS tags.


  • Widgets Exporting

    • Solved an issue where the NPS Summary Widget would not allow the exporting when there were more than 1 million records to be exported.


  • Report Hub

    • Solved an issue when creating a report where clicking on the Report Name input field would act the same as clicking on +Add.
