New in Outgoing Webhooks
New Responses Webhook Outgoing Webhooks is being revamped! Bringing along many improvements to our existing Responses Webhook:
New Merge Tags - you can now add Survey Record Page URL (SSO compliant), Account Number and ISO standard format for all Date types.
New Request Body types - with easy to add merge tags you also have the ability to write your request body in 3 formats: JSON, x-www-form-urlencoded and Raw.
Test/Retry Webhooks - we now offer the ability for you to type a CG ID in the Stats Page in order to easily test or retry a webhook.
New Close the Loop Webhook Outgoing Webhooks is being revamped! Along with its many improvements, it also comes with new events such as:
Close the Loop Assignee - receive a new webhook everytime the assignee of a case is changed in CustomerGauge.
Close the Loop Status - receive a new webhook everytime the status of a case is changed in CustomerGauge.
Close the Loop Note - receive a new webhook everytime a note is added to a case in CustomerGauge.
New Close-the-Loop AI Assistant: Gaugie AI
Superheroes have superpowers, and your frontline heroes can now have theirs! First announced at Monetize! Digital, 'Gaugie AI' helps frontline users follow up faster and with more confidence by suggesting text based on NPS Score, NPS Drivers, and NPS Comments from the respondent. This helps them quickstart their follow-up emails!

Campaign Suite
Editing an email template now updates the Last Modified details.
Campaign History now has role access restriction.
If a Primary or 1st Reminder message is canceled now all following messages, such as: 2nd Reminder, will be canceled too.
Survey Record Page
Company Number is now available in the Survey Overview - Record Details.

GET Responses API
In the Questions parameter the Additional Comment and Input box questions have been added to the type in the API.
Job Level of a survey record has been added to the API.
Contact Salutation has been added to the API with the salutation parameter.
GET Non Responses API
The Date Email Opened and Date Survey Clicked have been added to the API, allowing you to extract and analyze Open and Clicked Rate %.

PUT Close the Loop API
We have blocked the Close the Loop actions to only allow actions after the Survey Response Date.
3 Feature Fixes
Survey Record Page
Fixed an issue where canceling a message in Campaign History was not updating the status in the Survey Record Page.
GET Response API
Fixed an issue where non selected Secondary drivers were being sent in the API.
Campaign History
Fixed an issue where the pagination footer was showing outside of the card.
