New in User Manager
CSV Delimiter Preference: Users can now choose what their preferred CSV Delimiter Preference is, allowing them to export CSV files through Widget Exports and Search.
10 Feature Improvements
Multi-Factor Authentication
Added an alternative to the QR code for users that are unable to scan QR codes.
Expanded the instructions on the MFA Setup screen for Admins when they log into the system.
Survey Suite
Campaign Surveys can now be deactivated, allowing you to stop receiving responses when you deactivate the Campaign Survey.
Direct Link Surveys and Campaign Surveys now display an error message in the requested language when they’re accessed while deactivated.
It’s now a lot easier to identify languages and widgets that have missing translation labels. An icon will indicate this while hovering over a survey widget, in the Translations modal, and in the language selection drop-down while editing a survey.
SMS & WhatsApp
The survey short link now uses the HTTPS protocol, rather than the HTTP protocol.
Imports
The Imports main page interface has been updated and is now consistent with our newest features.
The CSV Header field now gets automatically populated with the field name when adding a new field in Optional Fields in the Import Mapping.
Connected Apps
Connected App credentials are now validated before saving, ensuring that you don’t end up with non-working credentials.
Field Settings
Removed the Revenue section from Field Settings in System Settings.

User Manager
Solved an issue where SSO Admin users were not able to Disable/Reset Multi-Factor Authentication for other users.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Solves an issue where sometimes the error message would not appear when entering an invalid code.
Outgoing Webhooks
Solved an issue where headers were able to be saved empty.
Survey Suite
Solved an issue where the survey would not reflect the Branding correctly while editing the survey.
Solved an issue where languages were not ordered alphabetically in the Translations modals.
Workflow Rules
The Owner of Workflow Rules is now also displayed in the tables for ‘New Bounce’, ‘Lack of Response’, and ‘Case not Closed’ Workflow Rules.
Campaign Suite
Solved an issue where the Duplicate Prevention filter operator would be shown as OR when it is in reality AND, this does not change any behavior its merely informational.
Connected Apps
Solved an issue where the Dynamics CRM connected app displayed the Client Secret while it should be obscuring it.
