1 New Feature

  • New in Survey Suite

    • Rating Questions created in the Survey Suite can now be of any range between 0 and 10, giving you much more flexibility to your custom rating questions. Alongside this, we have also improved some of the Additional Score reporting to ensure the Y-axes adjust accordingly to the range of the questions being reported on.



6 Feature Improvements

  • Survey Suite

    • The Custom Text widget and Thank You Page now uses the Branding Font and Font Color. This will only be applicable to new Surveys or Custom Text widgets added to surveys from now onwards.

      • To benefit from this in existing Custom Text widgets and Thank You Pages, you can use the ‘Clear Formatting’ feature while editing it.

    • An Edit button has been added to the View screen of Surveys, allowing you to more easily navigate to Edit mode. You will need to have edit access to the Survey to do so.


  • Close the Loop AI Assistant

    • We made several improvements to the AI, making it more empathetic towards the sentiments used in survey answers, as well as adding additional features to avoid AI hallucinations.


  • Salesforce Integration 5.0

    • A ‘Trigger Flag’ button has been added to the Flag History, allowing you to trigger a Flag operation for a specific Pull. This greatly helps in case there was a temporary error, and the Flag needs to be retried.


  • System Translations: Thai

    • Made several improvements to the Thai translations of the menu.


  • Data Transport Reporting

    • Introduced a new status ‘Provider Call Error’ to indicate the rare case we are unable to connect to our partners’ APIs that are responsible for delivery survey invitations. This status was previously grouped under ‘Unknown Error’.



3 Feature Fixes

  • Monetize 5.0 Reporting

    • Solved an issue where the Coverage % reporting widget would appear blank after it was loading for a while.

    • Solved an issue when the Phone parameter was left blank in the popup survey, it would auto populate information of a contact with the empty phone number.

    • Solved an issue where reviews were not published when left in surveys from Survey Builder/Delivery Manager.
