2 New Features
Survey Suite
Expanded NPS Question Styles: We've made the NPS (Net Promoter Score) question more flexible! You can now choose between the Numeric Scale, Stars or Smileys. This option is perfect for cultures where a numerical scale isn't as common, making your surveys more engaging and relatable.
Display Conditions Based on Parameters: Make your Direct Link and Pop-up Surveys smarter! Now, you can display questions only when a specific condition in the parameters is met. This helps you focus on what matters, skipping over questions where you already have the answers.
6 Feature Improvements
System Translations
We've fine-tuned several system translations, and fixed display issues in certain languages to ensure a smoother experience for everyone, no matter their language.
Survey Suite
Direct Link and Pop-up Survey parameters now use a fixed “technical” field name. Don't worry—your existing setups will keep working just as before. For new setups, you can now use the field name for easier configuration.
We’ve added validations to prevent duplicate or empty reporting options when editing questions, ensuring more accurate survey data.
We've polished the look of your surveys for better consistency in spacing and layout. Your survey will now look as good as it feels to edit!
Outgoing Webhooks
New Merge Tag: Follow Up Requested (Boolean): This Boolean merge tag (true, false, or empty) indicates whether a respondent has requested a follow-up, making it easier to integrate with systems that don’t support data transformation.
New Field: Salutation
Address your survey recipients with respect in any language! The new "Salutation" field can be added to your contacts, ensuring that your survey invitations are perfectly tailored. This is especially useful in languages where addressing people in a gender-neutral way is challenging. The Salutation field is available as a Merge Tag in the Campaign Suite, and can be viewed on the Contact Page.
1 Feature Fix
Drivers Editor
We've resolved an issue where secondary drivers were not being created correctly. Now, everything works as it should!
