REST APIS
New API: PUT Personal Link If you are leveraging your own Delivery Vector to send out CustomerGauge Surveys - the New Put Personal Link API is powered to allow you to create the customer record in CustomerGauge, grab the customer specific unique survey link (including a short link) all in real-time and with one API call. You can now import a survey record with the ‘Multi-Object’ or ‘Survey’ Inbound Mapping to generate a Personal Link! This API returns you the CG-ID, Survey Link, and a Short Survey Link immediately.
Campaign Suite
Primary Invitation Delay: Order Date You can now set your Campaigns in Campaign Suite to send the first survey invitation based on the 'Order Date' you’ve uploaded. This allows you to schedule survey invitations in advance using the data you already have. Read more here!

Survey Suite
Direct Link and Pop-up Surveys now support the ‘rand_value’ field in their data parameters.
REST APIs
Request History: The "Response" label has been updated to "Request Body" as it shows the body of the request and not the response of the request.
Outgoing Webhooks
The History of an Outgoing Webhook now shows the CG-ID that the webhook triggered for. This is only available for Outgoing Webhook events that are happening after this release.
Report Hub
NPS Activity Timeline Widget: This widget now supports follow up requested events from Survey Suite surveys.
NPS Lifecycle (Monetize 5.0): The values displayed in this widget now show 2 decimals.
System Admin
Manage Survey Records: The "File Delete" label has been updated to "File Delete 4.0" to make it clearer that it only works with old imports.
8 Feature Fixes
Campaign Suite
We've fixed an issue where failed records were wrongly considered by the duplication rule.
If a message in a campaign fails permanently, any scheduled messages for that same CG-ID will now automatically be canceled.
The Save button when editing Templates will only activate after the Template is fully loaded, preventing incomplete saves.
Survey Suite
We’ve solved an issue where surveys couldn't be cloned.
Moving a survey widget back to its original spot no longer makes it disappear.
Salesforce Integration 5.0
Fixed an issue where Flagging wouldn’t work if no Failure Alert Recipient was set up.
Reviews
Fixed an issue where the count of reviews in the reviews page would not be displayed properly sometimes.
User Manager
The “Europe/Kyiv” time zone has been temporarily removed to prevent login issues. We plan to bring it back soon!
