Menu & Navigation
Updates about your CustomerGauge system are now just a click away!
You can access our Release Notes directly from the ‘My Profile’ menu item for easy reference on what’s new, what’s improved or what issues have been fixed in your CustomerGauge system.
Imports
Revenue Imports: We have improved the user experience of setting up an Import Mapping for Revenue. All relevant upload fields are now automatically considered required ensuring complete and accurate data upload every time.
Manage Survey Records
We have extended our Manage Survey Records feature (System Admin) to cover External Survey Responses. You can now manage external responses easily, allowing you to update or delete multiple records in one go!
Survey Suite
The Survey Progress Buttons (Back, Next, Finish) on survey pages are now centrally controlled, meaning you can update labels across pages all at once, just like footers.
Survey Pages with no widgets due to display conditions? No problem – they’ll now be skipped automatically.

Fixed an issue where the number of unsubscribes in the Delivery Summary widget didn’t add up correctly.
Solved an issue where the Account Health widget wasn’t displaying the correct rank in every bucket.
Drivers
Solved a rare bug where editing a primary driver reactivated its deactivated secondary drivers.
