2 New Features

  • Reporting - Location Loyalty widget: Plan Route!

    • Navigating to customer locations has never been simpler! With the new ‘Plan Route’ button in the Location Loyalty widget, Frontline users can now open their favorite navigation app directly and get directions in seconds. Put away those atlases—just tap and go!


  • Close-the-Loop AI: Alternative formats for Follow-up Suggestions

    • We’ve added two new formats (as an alternative to Email) for Follow-up Suggestions, so you can engage with customers in a way that suits your workflow:

      • Bullet Point Summary: Perfect for a quick glance before a store visit.

      • Phone Call Script: Tailored for call center agents to handle calls confidently and effectively.

    • This is a system-wide setting, and it applies to any new Cases created after you enable it.

 



8 Feature Improvements

  • Campaign Suite

    • Personalized Sender Names: You can now use Merge Tags in email sender names. This helps boost response rates, especially when customers recognize and trust their account managers.

 

  • Survey Suite

    • Branding Updates: Control footer text size, color, and hyperlink styles with new settings.

    • Clean Slate: New surveys start with a blank footer for easier customization. Use the ‘Add example’ button for quick setup!

    • Streamlined Languages: When creating a question, only the languages used in the survey will appear—making things clearer and faster.

    • Editing Survey Names: Rename surveys directly from the Details tab or use the familiar pencil icon.

    • One-Click Activation: Activate or deactivate surveys right from the Distribution tab—no need to switch screens.


  • Imports

    • Helpful Tips Added: Stuck on a file upload? We’ve added on-screen indicators to guide you through common mistakes and fixes.


  • Account Page

    • The Revenue 4.0 ‘Revenue Details’ widget has now been removed from a few customers that still had this active.




2 Feature Fixes

  • Survey Suite

    • Solved an issue where Pop-up Surveys did not populate the phone number on the Survey Record, even when the number had been provided.


  • Campaign Suite

    • Solved an issue where the Campaign-specific duplication rule was checking for duplicates across ALL Campaigns with Campaign-specific duplication configured instead of only the specific Campaign.
