2 New Features
New Reporting Widget: Close-the-Loop Map
Our research shows us that closing the loop with customers is key to a successful program! And to assist, we have extended our Geographical View Suite with a new reporting view that is designed to show quick insights on close the loop performance for the different operations around the world.
At a glance, see which countries have the best-performing Close-the-Loop metrics or countries that could do with additional training or process improvements to meet their targets.
Hover over the countries to view the additional details:
# Total Cases
# Open Cases (Open Cases %)
# Progress Cases (Progress Cases %)
# Closed Cases (Closed Cases %)
# KPI Follow-Up (KPI Follow-Up %)
# KPI Closed (KPI Closed %)
# Follow Up Requested
To use this feature, 2-letter ISO-3166 codes being uploaded in the “country” field is required.
As with the NPS Map, you can click on a country to drill down in a list view of individual survey responses/Close-the-Loop Cases
User Groups
In an advancement to Enterprise Level User Management, CustomerGauge launches its new User Groups Management capability.
User Groups allows organizations to more easily manage feature and data access restrictions for your users. Where you previously had to manage each user’s access levels individually, you now can do so by combining users with common or shared settings under groups.
This capability is designed to work with both Direct CustomerGauge Access and Single Sign-On.
In the case of Single Sign-On, this capability is designed to facilitate access management that you want for your users in CG, when the information does not exist in your Identity Provider.
With this release, you can already start creating the User Groups. – The feature to assign them to Users (in the User Manager) will be available soon.

Email Senders
A message has been added to the New Sender screen, helping raise awareness of the critical requirement to finish the setup in 72 hours.
NPS Map
The NPS Map widget now supports the “Show Global data” setting, allowing country-level users to benefit from this visualization in organizations where using this setting is permitted
As always, drilldowns are still restricted to only the data the User has access to per their Data Access Restrictions in User settings

Solved an issue where revenue values did not get rendered correctly while hovering.
