    • Gaige Chat is a first-of-its-kind CX AI chat assistant, designed to answer questions about your customer data, benchmarks, best practice and product capabilities. 

    • Multilingual, ask Gaige Chat “What can you help me with” to see the type of insights Gaige can provide! 

    • Customers have Free credits to try it out, live in your system with your data.



  • Gaige Account Summary

    • For individual Accounts, transform months of customer feedback into strategic insights instantly. 

    • Multilingual, account-specific analysis and actionable recommendations.

    • Lightning fast insights in seconds, not hours.

    • Actionable intelligence and suggestions that drive results.

1 Additional New Feature

  • New Anonymize API

    • Introducing the next-gen Anonymize API: Designed to help you comply with GDPR and other data privacy requirements. This API allows you to permanently anonymize customer data directly via API calls, ensuring sensitive information can be removed safely and securely upon request.

    • What this means for you:

      • Privacy compliance made easy: Anonymize Contacts and Survey Records on demand.

      • Full control: Choose which records to anonymize via a simple POST request.

      • Secure & irreversible: Customer details (name, email, phone, comments, and fields marked as containing personal information) are replaced with placeholders or anonymized text.

      • Comment protection: Any feedback (e.g., NPS Comments) is replaced with the text:
        “This comment has been anonymized based on customer request.”

    • This is part of our ongoing mission to give you the tools you need to manage customer data responsibly while meeting the latest compliance standards.
