CustomerGauge v6.23 Release Notes - Released 26 August 2026

1 New Feature

Customer Flight Paths

See customer loyalty as a journey, not a snapshot. Customer Flight Paths brings contact and account movement into clearer focus across dedicated analysis, everyday customer pages, and Gaige Chat - helping teams spot meaningful shifts, investigate the moments behind them, and act with better context.

  • A complete analysis, one starting point: Open Flight Path Analysis from the menu to generate an executive-ready view of response frequency, the six Flight Path patterns, Pull Up drivers and comments, and the supporting drilldowns behind the results.

  • Movement made visible: Explore Level Flight, Climbing, Pull Up, Descending, Suborbital, and Off Radar patterns with counts, slice percentages, and access to the contacts or accounts behind each result.

  • Contact-level context: Follow an individual contact's loyalty path alongside response and non-response history, NPS, comments, and Close the Loop status.

  • Account-level context: View an account's Flight Path, NPS and average NPS movement, surveyed-contact count, and survey history directly from the account page.

  • Analytics in Gaige Chat: Ask for Flight Path analytics in Gaige Chat, then move from overview patterns into contact response frequency, Pull Up drivers, Pull Up comments that explain the dip and recovery.

  • Clearer charts: Loyalty based bands in the appropriate NPS score range and chronological ordering make patterns easier to interpret.

5 Feature Improvements

Imports

  • Campaign visibility before sending: Multi-Object and Surveys Data import previews now show the matched Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Personal Link campaign for the first three records. Users can open campaign details without leaving the preview and see a clear message when no campaign can be matched.

Date and Data Filters

  • A more consistent filtering experience: One-off filtering areas (exclusive of Reports and Report widgets, which remains unchanged) now use a standardized Date / Data Filters component with saved and manual filters, a numeric Rolling Period input, and responsive alignment. Impacted areas include places such as Exports and AI Account Summaries.

Account Lists

  • Average NPS at Account level: The Account List widget now includes an Avg. NPS column calculated from valid NPS responses, giving teams another way to compare account sentiment directly from the list alongside the NPS column.

Localized Experiences

  • Clearer Prompt Builder translations: Translations have been refined in the Gaige Chat Prompt Builder across prompt format, content, and date-range labels so the experience reads more naturally and stays closer to the terminology customers use.

Account Page

  • Cleaner organization chart bubbles: Organization chart bubbles have received some styling enhancements, both in general and with particular attention to contacts that show Follow up requested or comment indicators.

4 Feature Fixes

Imports

  • Solved an issue where certain imports could remain stuck in Processing even when their source data, campaign configuration, and filters appeared valid.

Workflow Rules

  • Solved an issue where editing the action-button label could move the screen outside the action button's visible range, which made it harder to edit the button text when desired.

Administration

  • Solved an issue where the API request history page could fail to load for some customers.

WhatsApp

  • Solved an issue where certain WhatsApp survey links could incorrectly display “CustomerGauge - 404” in the link preview, even though the survey itself remained fully accessible and functional.
