Viewing your Surveys:
In the Anonymous section of the Delivery Manager you can view your 'anonymous' survey campaigns. These are survey URLs which are not linked to any particular customer, so the survey can be completed an unlimited amount of times through this URL. Simply copy and paste the URL, and you can post it in a banner on your website or share it with your customers through social media.
Please note: the URLs listed here are the real active survey links - this means that if you click on the link and complete the survey, it will be logged as a new survey response in your system!
Editing your Anonymous Surveys:
To edit your surveys you can go to Campaigns - > Delivery Manager -> Anonymous Survey -> Survey Builder Button - > Anonymous Survey Tab (as shown in the image below)
Anonymous Tab - > Preview (Eye Icon) and copy the URL from the browser.
