This widget allows you to see a list of Accounts and their activities, granting insights into the absence or presence of signal. The darker a dot, the more often that activity has happened in that period, for example an increase in support tickets, which can indicate frustration. The lighter a dot, or absence of a dot can indicate lack of engagement, which can be an early indicator of future churn.

How to add the widget:
To add this visualisation to your report go to Add Widget → NPS Data source → NPS Activity Timeline.
Widget Settings:
Make a selection of the required setting that best suits your reporting needs.
Date settings:
- Survey Date: it shows the amount of activities in that period
All the above Date Type options come with the date range types of Rolling period, Current period, Previous period and Static date.
Group by:
Choose which date period you'd like to see the activities grouped by.
