Delivery Table widget provides over time insights into an uploaded record - right from whether the data was successfully uploaded to your system, reason for failures, through the sending stages to Responses. Compatible for Email, SMS, Call Vector and WhatsApp.
Widget notes:
- This widget has the global data access restriction option.
- Drilling down allows to see all delivery details.
- By default dates are grouped by month.
- By default delivery method is set to email.
Adding the Widget:
Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to Widget Type or searching for Delivery Table
Group by Settings:
Grouped by date: Day, Week, Month, Quarter or Year.
Additional Settings:
- Delivery method setting allows you to choose a particular delivery method you would like to see the information on or choose All: Email, SMS, Call, WhatsApp.
