Report Ownership feature allows the transfer of ownership of a report from one user to another.
Navigation: System Admin>> System Settings>> Reports>> Report Ownership.
Notes:
- Sharing settings will be maintained after changing the owner of a report. This means the report will still be accessible to all users who had access to it prior to the change.
- Searching by Owner will list all reports of that specific user.
- Searching by Report ID will return one individual report that matches the number entered.
Changing Ownership
1. Fill in Owner, Report ID or both.
Owner: You are able to select a user by typing a Name or Email in this field. The search will show all reports of that user if no ID number is provided.
Report ID: You can search for individual reports by providing its ID number.
2. Click on the Search button.
3. Verify the results of the search and if you are sure you want to change those reports' owner, click on Change Owner of All Reports.
4. In the pop-up opened, double-check the amount of reports and current owner information.
5. Search for the New report owner and then click on Change owner button.
6. A success message will confirm the ownership transfer.
