  • Questions retain their given answers when going back to a previous survey page, changing the NPS loyalty to a loyalty that would prevent the question from appearing.
  • Checkboxes may not retain their 'checked' state when going back to a previous a survey page, if the checkbox label contains any non-alphanumeric characters.

  • The embedded scale in email templates appears "broken" when using the "quick preview" buttons for mobile. However, when viewing the full preview mode (the eyeball icon), or when sending an actual test email, the embedded scale is correctly-formatted/not broken:
